All students and staff at Country Meadows are working hard to
make our school the first Golden Rule School!
In order to become a Golden Rule school, we are all committing to always
treating others the way that we would like to be treated. Please join us!
Each classroom enjoyed reading and discussing the picture book, The
Golden Rule, by Ilene Cooper with me (Ms. Schneider). This treasure will be kept in all 23
classrooms as a reminder of what it takes to be a Golden Rule School!
The illustrations by Gabi Swiatkowska are quite amazing! Even more impressive is that every child at
Country Meadows provided thoughtful examples of how they can work together to
make CM a Golden Rule School!
If you are interested in enjoying the book, we have a copy in
the main office. Feel free to browse it
when you visit school. Ask your child
about reading with me and what he/she is going to do to contribute to making
Country Meadows a Golden Rule School!
